Meet Mike
Mike began his fitness career in 2010 at Bally Total Fitness and has spent over 15 years helping clients achieve lasting results. Along the way, he noticed common challenges in how people approach health and performance, which led him to study with leading experts across multiple disciplines. His approach combines mobility, strength, and movement quality to deliver sustainable, measurable outcomes.

He has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, and his passion lies in helping people move without pain and get back to the activities they enjoy.

Outside the gym, Mike enjoys time with his wife, Abby, and their son, James. Abby likes to say he’s a golden retriever—always friendly, upbeat, and ready to play with a ball. Mike plays pickup basketball twice a week, plays on a softball team in the spring and fall, and loves spending time outdoors hiking, camping, or rafting.
My Story
Mike began his fitness career in 2010 at Bally Total Fitness and has since dedicated over fifteen years to helping clients achieve lasting results. Throughout his career, he observed recurring challenges in how people approached health and performance. This led him to seek advanced education from leading experts across multiple disciplines, integrating their methods into a comprehensive system that delivers measurable, sustainable outcomes.

Over the years working with different types of clients Mike has discovered a passion for helping people and trying to solve their pain.
Outside of training, Mike enjoys life with his wife, Abby, and their son, James. Abby jokingly compares him to a golden retriever—always upbeat, approachable, and ready to play with a ball.
Mike plays in a pick up basketball league twice a week, and on a softball team during the spring/fall season. He also enjoys getting out in nature, hiking, camping or rafting down the river.
Mike brings the same energy and enthusiasm to his personal life that he does to his clients’ fitness journeys.
